Pam Schoemer, LMSW

Therapy is a place to heal.

I want to help you rediscover yourself.

As a young girl, I always knew that I wanted to work with people and not things. My life purpose is grounded in making the world a better place, helping people feel empowered, and finding healthy ways to overcome difficulties.

My approach is highly person-centered, which means YOU are the most important part of therapy. You matter and your personal experiences matter. I strive to make sessions as comfortable as possible so that you can express whatever feels important to you.

My background includes working as a special education director, working extensively with families, and serving my community in a wide variety of ways. I’m passionate about connecting with people and learning about what makes them unique. We all have a story and we all deserve a safe space to truly feel heard and understood

Life is a journey that brings unexpected twists and turns along the way no matter how much we try to plan our route. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and reflect on your experiences, goals, thoughts, feelings, and ideas without any judgment. I would be honored to connect with you.
