My approach to therapy is different with every person, but I always work to provide a comfortable environment where I truly honor the space and time we spend together. I tell my clients that this is their path and I’m here to hold the light so they can see things a bit more clearly. Sometimes, I shine the light in one direction or another, but they get to choose the route.

I enjoy running because I’ve never met a problem that can keep up with me after about 3 miles or so. Also, I love spa treatments – facials, massages, pedicures. These require me to quiet my mind and relax.
