I am here to answer any questions you may have about telehealth therapy services with me. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and commend you on taking this first step toward growth and change!

Taking the first step toward change and beginning therapy can be difficult. Allow me to help! It can lead to important insights and tremendous growth. A trusting relationship with a therapist can be a huge support in the journey of change. My approach ensures patients will receive the treatment that is best for them. I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and welcoming therapeutic space where you can express your feelings and thoughts, start the change process in your life that you desire, and find hope in an environment that is nonjudgmental and beneficial to your healing.

I chose this profession because I want to create a positive change and make a difference in the lives of others. One thing I like best about clinical social work is my genuine passion to enhance a patient’s quality of life by focusing on meeting the individual where they are in their journey. This personalized approach allows me to truly connect with each person, valuing their unique experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. Seeing individuals evolve from a place of vulnerability to one of strength and growth is both humbling and inspiring. It reinforces my belief in the incredible capacity for change that resides within each person.

My therapeutic beliefs and values are rooted in ethical principles with a focus on patient’s self determination and confidentiality. I use evidence-based treatment options, a variety of therapeutic modalities, whole body wellness, and mindfulness to determine a treatment plan to best suit your lifestyle. My experience includes working with adults and elders who have experienced domestic violence, grief/loss, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
